Maison Becker offers an engraving service for gold medals. You can choose the style and location of your engraving on the back of the medal, and preview the result. Personalized products with engraving cannot be modified or returned.

All Becker medals are made in France in our workshops, which are classified as a Living Heritage Company.

Maison Becker pays great attention to the quality of its products.

The product warranty is for a period of 2 years from the day the order is validated on the Eshop (purchase date mentioned on the invoice)
This guarantee naturally covers hidden defects in the Product(s) ordered on the Site.

The Customer may request the application of the hidden defects warranty by first studying their request. In order to verify the admissibility of the application of the warranty, the Customer must motivate/justify their request by sending an email to bienvenue@medailles-becker.com, including a photo of the product.

It is entirely possible to order or pick up a piece of jewelry in our showroom located at 83 rue du Cherche Midi in Paris. Visits to our showroom are by appointment only to guarantee you a personalized welcome and dedicated support. Please note that not all of our models are available in the showroom, but you can request the availability of missing products when making an appointment.

Maison Becker does not offer gift wrapping, but all our jewelry is delivered in a Becker box with a Maison-branded shopping bag.

In accordance with the provisions of Articles L 221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may cancel their order at their discretion. To do so, they have the right to withdraw within 30 days of the date of purchase.

The Customer is invited to send an email to bienvenue@medailles-becker.com for any return request.

Delivery costs, applied on the day of purchase, remain the financial responsibility of the customer and are therefore not refunded.

After confirming your order, you will receive an email indicating the shipping time. You can track the status of your order via your Colissimo number on the La Poste website.
